Team development at B+S Card Service
The employee teams at B+S Card Service experienced a great deal of change in the past few months. To support the teams in this process, ki.m worked with the customer to create a team development concept. Each team will participate in a workshop specifically designed for its needs. This gives the employees an opportunity to work on issues that they rarely have time for in their everyday work.
