Internship report by Birte Heinrich in 2011
I spent six great weeks in cologne in order to complete an internship at kölner institute für managementberatung.
As I only had few knowledge in this field when I started my learning progress during the internship was quite big. Due to the elaborate schedule that I received from my supervisors each week I felt very well supervised and I got used to the daily office routine very quickly. In addition to the interesting work at the office itself I also had the opportunity to assist at two assessment centres and to supervise them organisationally. These experiences were a great change to office life and conduced to my personal development.
In conclusion I can say that I felt very well supervised during my whole internship and in addition I really learned a lot.
