Internship report by Tobias Löffler in 2011

After finishing my civil service, it was time to choose my course of study. I am leaning towards studying psychology – but am not completely sure. This is why I applied for an internship at ki.m.

I hoped that it would give me a general idea of the work involved and that I could learn more about the education and professional opportunities by talking to employees – and all of that was very possible here.

I had a number of very interesting experiences during my time here, and learned a great deal about AC and personnel selection processes.

One special aspect of working here, which is not necessarily the case for all internships, is that everyone at ki.m is very kind to its interns and treats them with respect. The interns shoulder some of the responsibility for certain tasks, which gives them the feeling of being involved and helpful. The very pleasant and friendly atmosphere among the employees at ki.m makes it easy to settle in to the job and enjoy one's work.

Even if I decide to study something else, I had a very interesting time here at ki.m and learned a lot. All in all, it was a great experience.
