When it comes to our Assessment Centers, two things are much more important than everything else: quality – and our customer.

The culture, environment and challenges that shape our customers and their organizations determine how each ki.m assessment center is designed and conducted. We work closely with our customers to develop customized assessment centers for each company, industry, target position and key diagnostic issue. If there isn't enough time to prepare an entirely new assessment center, we can select and combine the right modules from our AC portfolio to meet your exact requirements and needs.

While our great flexibility is a major asset, the quality of the methods we use is our highest standard. Orienting our work with scientific standards give the results of our ACs the greatest possible validity and value. At the same time, quality also means being accepted by everyone involved. We use our extensive know-how, great expertise and a good amount of pragmatism to support and advise you in every phase of the AC development and implementation – from determining the relevant requirement criteria, designing the exercises, qualifying the observers, conducting and evaluating the AC and documenting the results, to the process evaluation, quality assurance and internal communication measures.
