Coaching

To us, coaching means providing you with professional support in order to achieve your goals. We work on the basis of trust and with the conviction that self-fulfillment and professional success go hand in hand. We use a variety of communication techniques to support your change processes – whether personal or professional. We give you the inspiration you need when it comes to reevaluating challenges and developing your own coherent, productive solutions. We see ourselves as a catalyst in the position to accelerate your continued development.

Our coaches have extensive knowledge of psychological and systemic processes that they use to promote your coaching. We are familiar with a variety of different corporate structures and the impacts of team dynamics, and know the professional and personal challenges that come with various points of people's executive, project management and specialized careers. We give the emotions that arise when people dedicate themselves to new goals plenty of space to unfold.

As part of our philosophy, your initial consultation with us is naturally free of charge. This gives you the chance to meet your coach and discuss the parameters of your potential work together.

The coaching phase is tailored specifically to your needs: There are many available options, from 1.5 hour coaching sessions to intensive meetings (half to whole days). You will determine the number of meetings required together with your coach. We do not recommend doing the coaching sessions at your workplace. You are always welcome to do them at our office.

Each coaching process is completed with a closing meeting, which allows you to review the sessions and evaluate the results and process together with your coach. Last but not least, we will work with you to develop a strategy of how you can effectively transfer the new things you learn and discover into your everyday life. In order to retain the skills learned in the coaching sessions, we recommend a follow-up meeting about six months later. Here, we can celebrate your successes or readjust what you have learned.
