Personality coaching
- The challenge: The participant has an upper management position in a major corporation. He wants to work on being able to respond appropriately in critical situations instead of being loud and emotional.
- Our solution: In three half-day intensive meetings, the participant reflects on the situations that triggered these responses and draws parallels to experiences from his past. He suggests strategic solutions to interrupt these moments and alternative behaviors.
- Result: The participant's everyday behavior on the job changes considerably.
- What our customer said: "I never believed that I could change so much at this point in my life. My family notices it too."
New management role
- The challenge: A young man feels insecure in his new role as manager and has the feeling that people do not consider him to be "adequate" for the job.
- Our solution: In five 1.5 hour coaching sessions (total process: four months), the participant develops an understanding of leadership as well as his strengths. He reflects on the impact of his specific behavior and gradually adapts this in his everyday life.
- Results: The participant feels like a manager and behaves this way.
- What our customer said: "I now feel like a superior, even among my older colleagues. I've finally cleared my mind to work on issues that are truly important."
Team coaching
- The challenge: There are conflicts within a team (customer service) regarding how tasks should be handled and forwarded to others.
- Our solution: In four team coaching sessions (each approx. three hours long), the team members have the opportunity to reflect on their different perspectives, develop an understanding for each other and work to adopt arrangements they all agree on.
- Result: The team cooperates and works well together.
- What our customer said: "I expected that the team would at least be able to function again – but the atmosphere in the team has also improved as well."
