Development Center for small and medium-sized companies
The challenge
Our customer, a medium-sized consulting and system vendor in the real estate business, wants to promote its employees in a comprehensive and sustainable way. In the process, the personnel and organizational development tool should be effectively networked to align the employees' individual coaching needs with the overarching areas of activity within the company.
Our solution
The core of the project involved the implementation of a company-specific development center that combined the methods of analyzing potential with staff development processes. Video analyses, peer feedback and the derivation of individual development plans clearly focused on the participants' learning process. Embedding this tool into a series of coordinated measures – a company-wide employee survey, 360° feedback for executives and targeted training courses – made it possible to design a comprehensive personnel and organizational development process that we fully manage in conjunction with our partner, kibit GmbH.

Outlook
In the future, former participants are to be given the chance to do another highly personalized DC. This will allow them to experience how much progress they have made and discover new opportunities for development. In this way, human resource development work becomes true process work that supports employees in their own individual development.
