Training
Needs-based design instead of "ready-made" training programs, behavioral orientation and practical cases instead of classroom teaching – this is what our training concepts stand for.
Naturally, we align the goals and content of our training courses with the current and future challenges of your company while taking the specifications of your various target groups into account. We are also glad to integrate the findings of any analyses of potential or your competence model when designing the program.
We make the content and models "tangible" for your participants by striking an effective balance between theoretical and practical training elements. In terms of behavioral orientation, the focus is on the practical modules that allow the participants to effectively transfer what they learn to their everyday work.
One weakness of many training courses is that the information learned "off the job" cannot be applied "on the job". For this reason, ensuring that this learned material is transferred to one's everyday work is very important to us and takes place in all three training phases:
1. Theoretical phase
During the theoretical phase, we provide the participants with information tailored to the needs of their everyday work and allow them to discuss how this can be potentially used in practice.
2. Practical/exercise phase
During the practical/exercise phase, the participants get the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice with the help of various methods (e.g. practical simulations, role-playing exercises etc.). The transfer of knowledge is also supported through assessments of the candidate's self-perception and external perception, as well as feedback from colleagues and the trainer.
3. Reflection phase
During the reflection phase, we provide tools for self-reflection both during and following the training program – such as training booklets. We also offer an electronic seminar evaluation based on the Kirkpatrick Model as well as follow-up appointments to share experiences and work on specific issues or practical cases.
