DIN certification

kölner institut für managementberatung works on the basis of the requirements stated in DIN 33430. DIN 33430 is the first standard created for a non-technical field. It defines quality standards that must be met in "job-related proficiency assessments", the qualifications of the responsible parties involved, as well as the creation, execution and evaluation of such assessments.

In September 2011 TÜV Rhineland officially confirmed that the selection processes and diagnostic procedures of the kölner institut für managementberatung meet the requirements of DIN 33430. After comparing our procedures with the DIN requirements, TÜV found a high level of compliance (93%) and acknowledged this with a Certificate.

In addition to ensuring that our proficiency assessment processes comply with DIN norms, we want our own employees to be qualified in line with this process standard. This is why we offer our employees both in-house and external development training. Many of them already have an A license for contractors. The number of certified advisors is constantly rising as staff takes advantage of this training and takes the required exams. This certificate, which corresponds to the required standards for recognized German scholars, proves the outstanding expertise of our advisors. The list of certified consultants at ki.m can be found in the DIN portal of the DPA (Deutsche Psychologen Akademie) site.
