DIN certification
kölner institut für managementberatung works on the basis of the requirements stated in DIN 33430. DIN 33430 is the first standard created for a non-technical field. It defines quality standards that must be met in "job-related proficiency assessments", the qualifications of the responsible parties involved, as well as the creation, execution and evaluation of such assessments.
In September 2011 TÜV Rhineland officially confirmed that the selection processes and diagnostic procedures of the kölner institut für managementberatung meet the requirements of DIN 33430. TÜV compared our procedures to the DIN requirements and found a high level of compliance (93%). Our compliance with the DIN standard was acknowledged with a Certificate.
In addition to the DIN compliance of processes regarding suitability assessment, the qualification of our employees with regard to this process standard is a priority for us. This is why we offer our employees targeted development training, both within and outside the company. Many of them already have an A license for contractors. The number of certified advisors is constantly rising, as regular development training is acknowledged and examinations are taken. With this certificate, our advisors prove their expertise with regard to their own suitability assessment that corresponds to the required standards for recognized German scholars. The list of ki.m certified consultants can be found in the DIN portal of the DPA (Deutsche Psychologen Akademie) site.
