Our involvement in research and education is an integral part of how we do business. In addition to his position as Managing Director of ki.m Prof. Dr. Christian Dries is academic in personnel psychology. Our directors are not the only ones engaged in scholarly pursuits, though: Our employees also have close contact with students and researchers in a variety of different fields in their teaching assignments at universities. Participating in conventions and conferences, publishing in journals and monographs, and supporting student work on dissertations as well as bachelor's and master's theses help us continuously expand our academic foundation. Prof. Dr. Thomas Staufenbiel (University of Osnabrück) and Prof. Dr. Michael Eid (FU Berlin) are the members of our academic advisory board, which further reinforces our academic orientation.

Each year, we allow people to experience our goal of combining academics and practical applications in a unique way. During the congredi coeln event series, we invite representatives from universities and companies for a discourse on the latest research findings and their potential practical applications.

DIN 33430 is an essential quality standard in the area of aptitude diagnostics. ki.m closely follows the requirements of this norm when designing its diagnostic services.
