Since 1999, kölner institut für managementberatung (cologne institute for management consulting) has expanded continuously, aligning its organization with ongoing market developments and the current needs of its customers. This is how we bundle our knowledge and experiences in our core areas of expertise. For example, kibit GmbH, our partner for IT-based human resources solutions, was founded as an independent spin-off in 2008. At kölner institut für managementberatung, our core competencies cover aspects of diagnostics, training, qualification and coaching, as well as test design and development.
Our staff consists of primarily salaried employees because it is important to us to ensure the highest possible quality, continuity and reliability in working with our customers, many of whom we have supported over years of their development.
Since 2004, we have provided our clients with more international support for their global operations. In addition to organizing assessment and development centers for groups of participants from around the world, we have also conducted them on site. Countries like Switzerland, Austria, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary or Dubai, for example, are not unfamiliar territory.
