Innerhalb des Auswahlprozesses soll ermittelt werden, ob die Bewerberinnen und Bewerber bereits <strong>sufficient potential for a management or specialist career <\/strong>aufweisen oder dieses Potenzial derzeit noch nicht mitbringen. The basis for this was the <strong>Competency model<\/strong> of AOK NordWest. The prerequisite for participation in the AC is the successful completion of a <strong>Online tests to measure analytical skills<\/strong>. Daraufhin nehmen alle erfolgreichen Bewerberinnen und Bewerber an einem <strong>two-day AC <\/strong>part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around the <strong>diagnostic quality<\/strong> In order to optimise the assessment centre, the AOK NordWest observers receive a three-hour <strong>Observation training<\/strong>, which takes place remotely via WebEx. In addition to the content of the AC, observation biases will be discussed and perception training will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An einem AC nehmen maximal neun Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten teil. Jeweils drei Beobachterteams bewerten und beurteilen kompetenzbasiert die Leistung der Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten. This is done by creating a <strong>Report for each participant<\/strong> rounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich konnte die <strong>Akzeptanz des neuen Auswahlprozesses ma\u00dfgeblich gesteigert werden:<\/strong> Sowohl die Beobachterinnen und Beobachter als auch Teilnehmenden der AOK NordWest\u00a0haben dem neuen Auswahlverfahren eine <strong>highly meaningful and fair.<\/strong> Zudem sch\u00e4tzten sie die angenehme Atmosph\u00e4re. Diese bewerteten anhand einer Skala von 1 (trifft voll zu) bis 5 (trifft \u00fcberhaupt nicht zu) die Organisation, die <strong>atmosphere<\/strong>, the <strong>Quality<\/strong> <strong>the feedback discussion<\/strong> and the <strong>Comprehensibility of the content and objectives of the exercises <\/strong>im Assessment Center.
