[:de]Our new trainee Jill-Kathrin Pulm is supporting us for a year and is getting to know KI.M holistically. She enriches both the diagnosticians and our trainers with her previous experience and her open and friendly manner. Welcome to KI.M, Jill!<\/p>\n

Who are you?<\/strong>
\nA business psychologist with all my heart! I take great pleasure in supporting people in their professional development. I'm particularly motivated by improving people's performance in a wide variety of areas. The fact that I can also continually develop myself personally and professionally at the same time is a fantastic side effect!<\/p>\n

What special talent will you be bringing to our team from now on?<\/strong>
\nKI.M will benefit from my versatility, my structured approach, and my initial professional experience in leadership development. It's also fitting that, as a trainee, I'll be supporting in two areas: Personnel selection<\/a>– and<\/u> development<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mind, heart or courage: Which component of K.IM consulting appeals to you most and why?
\n<\/strong>On the one hand, the heart particularly appeals to me, as I'm a harmony person and approach my work with passion. On the other hand, courage is an important building block for me, as without it, I wouldn't be where I am today.<\/p>\n

\u201cTypical Jill\u201d: What charming quirk do your colleagues like to tease you about?<\/strong>
\nWith my "constant hunger." Although you might not necessarily notice it, I could eat all day long. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

As our name suggests and the view from the office reveals, we're Cologne natives through and through. What about you? A true carnival fanatic or a carnival hater?<\/strong>
\nA real jeckin! Nevertheless, I also like to get away from it all during Carnival. I'd say it has something to do with my professional background in tourism. Is there anything better than exploring the world?<\/p>\n
