The easing of government restrictions is likely to increase the risk of infection. Therefore, we have been creative in order to maintain the usual professionalism, as well as the welcoming and appreciative atmosphere for our clients, and especially the participants in our assessments, under these changed conditions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1283\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.ki-management.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_1988_2-667x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"438\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First and foremost, this includes the formal aspect of requiring us to comply with the hygiene rules and requirements for visiting our establishment. Unfortunately, this is currently necessary and has so far been not only accepted but welcomed by our guests for the protection of everyone involved.<\/p>\n<p>And our colleagues in the office are putting in a lot of effort to ensure first-class catering and a truly warm welcome. Everyone involved, whether participating or observing, has their own catering island prepared the evening before. This starts with personalized water bottles, continues with any dishes that might be needed throughout the day, and ends with the usual comfort food to sweeten the occasion. From a consulting perspective, a huge THANK YOU again, dear colleagues!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1285\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.ki-management.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/1-667x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"438\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Role-playing and remote &quot;contact&quot; between consultant and participant function almost as they did in &quot;pre-coronavirus&quot; times. The most unusual aspect for me is still the lack of handshaking when greeting and saying goodbye, especially when meeting in person for the first time. But the conversation simulations don&#039;t feel noticeably different than before, even with a two-meter distance or through our newly installed Plexiglas partition. And these modified conversation situations, just like the employee meetings via video conferencing systems, are not part of the &quot;laboratory setting assessment center&quot; but reflect the reality of conversation situations in everyday work. With the measures we have taken, we can at least avoid diagnostics with face masks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1286\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.ki-management.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/2-667x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"438\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The best thing for me is the feedback from our customers, and this makes me very confident that KI.M will continue to make its quality and values visible to the outside world, even under the changed conditions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We were skeptical and curious at the same time about how a full-day in-person meeting could be possible under the current conditions. But after intensively discussing all the questions beforehand, we wanted to give it a try. Another prerequisite was the consent of all participants, especially the self-determined participation of the applicants. On the day of the event, we received a very warm welcome, were briefed on the special hygiene and behavioral regulations at KI.M, and felt at ease at all times. Even drinks, snacks, and the extensive selection of fruit were provided for each participant, ensuring we could adhere to the hygiene and behavioral regulations at all times.
