I was born and raised in Bergisch Gladbach, near Cologne. After graduating from high school, I moved to M\u00fcnster, where I first completed my bachelor&#039;s degree in psychology and then my master&#039;s degree with a focus on personnel and business psychology. In addition to my studies, I worked in the Psychological Diagnostics unit, first at the University of M\u00fcnster and then at the HMU Medical School in Potsdam. It was here that I discovered my great joy and strong interest in diagnostics. I also worked for LVM Versicherung in M\u00fcnster for four years, where I was responsible, among other things, for Germany-wide contract partner management in the automotive sector. My main responsibilities included contract negotiations, complaint management, and conducting mediations. Although I&#039;d grown to love M\u00fcnster, I was drawn back home for an internship at KI.M. Here, I quickly realized that KI.M would continue to be a part of my life after graduation. No sooner said than done: I am now overjoyed to have been able to support the team since July and am looking forward to profitably incorporating my previous experience and learning new things!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Don\u2019t be shy \u2013 how did you convince us in the interview?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In my opinion, I was able to impress with my high level of conscientiousness, good analytical skills, and a combination of assertiveness and empathy! Furthermore, I greatly enjoy collaborative work and scientific research, which has already proven beneficial during my internship at KI.M.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mind, heart or courage \u2013 which component of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240,&quot;335559991&quot;:15}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When I think about the three building blocks in a professional context, the one that appeals to me most is the mind. The mind represents logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strategic planning. With a clear mind, we can avoid gut decisions and instead make well-founded decisions and better assess risks and potential. In a constantly changing working world, it is the mind that helps us remain flexible and adaptable. However, heart and courage also play an important role in our work. The heart forms the basis for trusting and appreciative collaboration, which should always be the focus of our work, while courageous action enables us to explore innovative paths and offer added value for our customers. The interaction and consideration of all three factors is therefore essential for me.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Off to the future \u2013 What technical gimmick would you invent to make your life easier at work or at home?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I would definitely invent a teleportation device that completely eliminates travel time. With this device, I could get from one place to another in the blink of an eye, be it to work, to client meetings, home, or to the next vacation destination. This would not only shorten my commute, but also greatly increase the efficiency and flexibility in my professional and personal life. No more traffic jams and delays, but more time for productive tasks and personal relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Whether it\u2019s a travel destination, an activity or something else \u2013 what\u2019s at the top of your bucket list?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I love traveling and seeing as much of the world as possible! I&#039;m particularly drawn to Southeast Asia \u2013 after ticking Thailand and the Philippines off my travel bucket list, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia are next on my itinerary. A rather unrealistic dream of mine is to sail across an ocean one day. Unfortunately, my sailing skills are still a long way from reaching this goal. So far, I&#039;ve contented myself with occasional catamaran trips along the coasts.
