With Christian, we've gained an experienced addition to our team since February. His diverse experience is already driving us forward and enriching our team.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tell us more about yourself \u2013 Who are you?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

My name is Christian \u2013 a sports-influenced and socialized individual with consulting experience and a deep conviction that true development only occurs together: as a team, on equal terms, and with a clear goal in mind. I've been professionally shaped by the sports business, where I've worked for over 20 years \u2013 primarily in the training and development of people for whom performance, responsibility, and collaboration are a daily reality. During this time, I've not only consulted, but also built structures, designed and managed departments, and recruited and trained suitable employees, enabling them to contribute their strengths within the team \u2013 with the goal of turning individual motivation into collective performance.<\/p>\n

That's exactly what shaped me: making people better, becoming stronger together. I came to KI.M through a pretty accurate algorithm \u2013 numbers, data, matching: binary, it was an instant fit. But the real reason lies beyond that \u2013 analog, personal, values-based. I felt that the attitude, standards, and culture here were a good fit for me. And that this is exactly where I could be effective.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Don\u2019t be shy \u2013 how did you convince us in the interview?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

I don't think it was the individual skill that won me over, but rather the teamwork. I see myself as a generalist with a broad perspective\u2014analytical, structured, but always with a focus on people. My background in the sports business brings a certain dynamism: I think in terms of teams, development, and performance\u2014but always with the goal of improving together.<\/p>\n

What defines me is the intrinsic motivation to understand, shape, and continuously develop things \u2013 with clarity, empathy, and a genuine joy in working together. And a key lever for this is communication: I have the ability to explain complex connections and make them understandable, to connect different perspectives, and to bring real depth to the exchange. I think it was precisely this overall picture \u2013 of attitude, experience, communication, and creative drive \u2013 that was palpable in the conversation. Authentic, present, engaging, and with genuine interest in the shared path.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Mind, heart or courage \u2013 which component of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

For me, it's clearly a blend of all three building blocks: intellect, heart, and courage. I use my intellect to analyze situations, structure complexity, and develop tailored solutions. My heart helps me connect with people, listen, and build trust. And courage is needed to try new things, address uncomfortable topics, and initiate real change. Coming from the sports business, I know: success comes when strategy, passion, and decisiveness work together. It's not enough to be just analytical or just emotional\u2014it's about the interaction. I find exactly this balance at KI.M\u2014and that's what excites me.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Off to the future \u2013 What technical gimmick would you invent to make your life easier at work or at home?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

I would invent or build a moment collector \u2013 a silent, almost invisible companion that recognizes when a moment doesn't just happen, but has meaning. Something that stores the emotions, the atmosphere, the magic of a moment \u2013 not as an image or sound, but as a feeling. When my son climbs up, turns around, and beams. When my wife and I look at each other and know without words what the other is thinking. When we laugh together, are silent, connected. These moments are fleeting \u2013 and at the same time, what lasts. The moment collector would capture precisely these moments. Not for the cloud, but for the heart. And perhaps what I want most is an emotional life album that grows with me, that filters nothing, judges nothing \u2013 but simply preserves what really matters. Even later, when the years have passed, it helps me remember. Not just what was \u2013 but how it felt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Whether it\u2019s a travel destination, an activity or something else \u2013 what\u2019s at the top of your bucket list?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

I hope to continue to experience these special "once in a lifetime" moments with my wife and our son. It's often not the big trips or spectacular events, but the small milestones in everyday life that leave a lasting impression: swimming alone for the first time, starting his own little "project" \u2013 these are the moments of curiosity in which he tries to understand the world \u2013 when counting stars, when asking "why" at the supermarket checkout, when someone pushes in front of him and he asks: "Does fair play only apply to sports?" Or when he is desperate to know how the heart works \u2013 and then suggests that we could just build one. But it's just as important to remember the quiet scenes at the kitchen table when we laugh together, do something by hand, or when he shares one of his very own words of wisdom in the middle of a conversation. These moments are burned into our memories \u2013 not because they are spectacular, but because they are real. Because we experience them together. No photo on the phone can replace the feeling of really having been there. As a family. As a team. And that is exactly what matters most to me.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
