\nIch bin eine passionierte Organisationsberaterin, Trainerin und Coachin, die daf\u00fcr brennt, Menschen und Organisationen auf ihrem Weg der Potentialentfaltung zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n

Mit welchem besonderen Talent unterst\u00fctzt du ab jetzt unser Team?<\/strong>
\nIch freue mich sehr, das KI.M mit meinen Erfahrungen aus der Strategieberatung im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung und Change<\/a> zu unterst\u00fctzen. Und auch f\u00fcr die Bereiche Training<\/a>, Coaching<\/a>, Teamentwicklung<\/a> und Workshops<\/a> bringe ich einiges mit.
\nIch freue mich auch sehr darauf, meine diversen internationalen Hintergr\u00fcnde in englischsprachigen Projekten einzubringen.<\/p>\n

Verstand, Herz oder Mut: Welcher Baustein der K.IM-Beratung spricht dich am meisten an und warum?<\/strong>
\nMich begeistert genau die Kombination der drei Bausteine<\/a>: mit Strategie und Qualit\u00e4t \u2013 also Verstand \u2013 zu agieren, dabei auch neue Wege mit innovativen Methoden \u2013 also mit Mut \u2013 zu gehen und dies vom Herzen aus zu tun, in wertsch\u00e4tzender und empathischer Art und Weise.<\/p>\n

\u201eTypisch Alexandra\u201c: Mit welcher charmanten Macke ziehen dich deine Kollegen gerne auf?<\/strong>
\nIch wurde auch schon \u201eAlexandra, der Purpose-Hammer\u201c genannt. Dies spricht f\u00fcr sich \u2013 ich halte es f\u00fcr essentiell, nur Dinge zu tun, die sinnvoll sind und zum Organisationszweck beitragen. Und das f\u00fchrt auch zum Hinterfragen von Prozessen, Services und ganzen Businessmodellen.<\/p>\n

Wie unser Name erahnen l\u00e4sst und der Blick aus dem B\u00fcro verr\u00e4t, sind wir K\u00f6lner durch und durch. Wie sieht es mit dir aus? Echte Jeckin oder Karnevalsmuffel?<\/strong>
\nAls geb\u00fcrtige Leipzigerin habe ich kulturell eher keinen Karnevalshintergrund. Ich habe jedoch gelernt, die K\u00f6lner Karnevalskultur zu m\u00f6gen, und bin gern bei der ein oder anderen Feier dabei.<\/p>\n
