Since the Corona pandemic the work of many of us has changed. As the Cologne Institute for Management Consulting, we want to find out which challenges currently exist among managers and their employees: To what extent has leadership behavior changed? How do managers experience the current situation, and how do employees view it? To what extent do they experience the situation as stressful, and how are managers and employees dealing with it?
WHO?
We are looking for Managers who participate in the survey in tandem with an employeeSince leadership is a very complex topic, it is particularly valuable to look at it from several perspectives – therefore, the participating managers are asked at the beginning to their employees to also invite you to participate.
