[:de][:de]In the 2nd quarter of this year, the 25th symposium of the GWPs (Society for Applied Business Psychology) will be held in person again after a two-year pandemic-related hiatus. In the beautiful premises of the host, the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, approximately 150 business psychologists – including KI.M staff and alumni – met for three days under the motto "Business Psychology 4.0 – Shaping the Future" for professional and personal exchange.
In addition to exciting keynotes by Prof. Dr. Ralf Lanwehr entitled "Do you know Tribbles? How we can tackle the plague of endogeneity" and by Prof. Dr. Verena Nitsch on the topic of "Human-centered digitalization for socially sustainable work," there were numerous fascinating presentations that gave all participants insights into numerous research topics and practical projects.
During the general meeting, KI.M Managing Director and current GWPs President Prof. Dr. Christian Dries was re-elected as President for the coming term of office.
