Dear friends of KI.M,
We've had a year full of exchange, encounters, and new ideas. In numerous projects, we were able to show our clients ways to optimize their human resources management; we researched innovative diagnostic procedures, trained managers, and expanded our team.
Above all, however, it's the shared moments that have made this year so special. Over the course of 12 months, there have been many wonderful opportunities to connect privately or professionally, within the team, or in conversations with customers and friends of KI.M. We are very grateful for this and are taking many great ideas with us into the next year.
Our highlights for 2023 include, for example, our Summer Festival. Employees, alumni, and project partners celebrated together under the open sky on our roof terrace. Accompanied by live music and lively conversation, the evening view of the cathedral is hard to beat. Things got more sporty at the Cologne Bridge Run, which had our team sweating in early September. In 30-degree heat, the motto was "running for a good cause," which ultimately made up for every effort.
On the 10. concredi coeln we were able to discuss with you about improvisation as an opportunity for transformation, we came together as part of the Rooftop Talks We talked to customers and shared our good mood at the team day.

We are already looking forward to many highlights in our anniversary year of 2024. The AI family has been growing steadily for almost 25 years, and we would like to thank all of you who have made the prospect of a quarter century of AI.M possible.
