The development of people is at the heart of our work – this applies not only to our customers, but also to our own employees. We are therefore very proud to have been recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in 2023 for our outstanding performance in vocational training. After all, the promotion and further development of people to achieve greater satisfaction and their individual goals is what defines the Cologne Institute for Management Consulting. Despite our small size, we manage to make not only our daily work but also our training program for office management clerks complex, varied, and exciting. We seem to have succeeded particularly well in this in 2023: In addition to the award from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)IHK_Certificate_Training), we were also able to recruit our trainee Pia Sendrowski as a permanent employee after her graduation and at the same time as a future trainer.
We are delighted by this objective confirmation of our high quality training and are motivated to continue offering training programs to provide young people with the perfect career entry and a realistic insight into a modern work culture. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Astrid Egbers, without whom such a high-quality vocational training program as an office management assistant would not have been possible.
In these changing times, we need professionally trained people who act independently, organize themselves and bring new digital methods with them.
