AGG and DIN-compliant aptitude testing of applicants with disabilities
Applicants with disabilities often face difficulties in the application process – especially when aptitude tests are used that do not take existing impairments into account. This not only leads to misjudgments of abilities, but also to valuable potential being wasted. A situation that can no longer be ignored in light of equal opportunities and the shortage of skilled workers.
Also for our colleagues at KI.TEST GmbH This is a relevant topic in the professional assessment of applicants and suitability measurements that they carry out, particularly for clients in the public sector.
A new testing procedure, developed by partner Gerhard Gros, is now specifically addressing this problem by removing disability-specific barriers. It is already being used successfully in the public sector and is now – quite rightly – being featured in the new issue of the journal "Current business psychology“ Attention.
