This is how 360° feedback works:
1. Selection of feedback providers
The participant selects relevant colleagues, employees, superiors and, if necessary, other interfaces in the online portal.
2. Self-assessment
Participants reflect on their competencies using a structured questionnaire. This can be standardized or customized to your company.
3. External assessment
The selected feedback providers answer the same questions anonymously from an external perspective within two weeks.
4. Evaluation & Results Report
All feedback is evaluated anonymously and summarized in a clear report along with the self-assessment. This allows us to compare self-perception and external perception.
5. Reflection & Development
In a confidential conversation with the coach, strengths, development potential and concrete next steps – for example, an individual development plan – are discussed together.
6. Implementation & Support
The participants implement individual development measures – supported by the company and, if necessary, other coaching offers.
- Online portal: Simple, secure access for all involved, central control of the entire process.
- Data protection & anonymity: Highest standards (ISO 27001, servers in Germany), evaluations are anonymous, no insight into individual answers.
- Competence areas (in the standardized questionnaire): Feedback on topics such as self-management, collaboration, leadership, value orientation and much more
