Interview with our new colleague Benedikt

With Benedikt, we've gained valuable support for our team since April. His previous experience and commitment are already making a significant contribution to advancing and enriching our team.

Tell us more about yourself – Who are you?

Hi! I'm Benedikt, and I'm a recent consultant at KI.M. I'm a business psychologist and previously worked as a senior project manager at a market and social research institute. There, I was responsible for the selection, training, and development of our interview staff within the training team. I also handled HR tasks within the team, such as onboarding, organization, and the development of team members. However, I wanted to develop further and was looking for a new challenge. I'm therefore thrilled to now be part of the KI.M team!

Don’t be shy – how did you convince us in the interview?

I think it's through the quality of my work and my presentation in the AC. At least, that's how it was reflected to me. And through my work experience. It's also certainly become clear that I'm passionate about (business) psychology topics and that I'm enthusiastic about discussing them.

Mind, heart or courage – which component of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?

Of course, each individual component is important, especially in combination. But if I had to choose one, it would be reason, or rather, intelligence. This is the factor that distinguishes KI.M – intelligent concepts and services with scientific substance. Especially in times of populism and fake news, well-founded and considered approaches are all the more important. Scientific rigor and "reason" set us apart from other market competitors.

Off to the future – What technical gimmick would you invent to make your life easier at work or at home?

Beaming, definitely. I noticed this on my first business trip for KI.M to Frankfurt last week. It would be great if we could simply beam ourselves to our customers with a click. But of course, also quickly home or wherever we want to be quickly.

Whether it’s a travel destination, an activity or something else – what’s at the top of your bucket list?

I'd like to go to Bali sometime. I really liked both Thailand and Vietnam. And since so many people rave about Bali, I'd like to go there myself. Above all, I'm looking forward to the food. I find Southeast Asian cuisine particularly delicious.

Welcome to KI.M, Benedikt!
