Since April, we have been delighted to have Carolin's active support. With her fresh energy and dedication, she has already become a valuable member of our KI.M team in her dual role as consultant and management assistant.
Tell us more about yourself – Who are you?
I am Caro(lin) Schütz, 23 years old and have beginning of April in one Started dual role as consultant and advisor to the management. After my studies business administration in Cologne and subsequent deepeningG im International Business in the area of organization: management, change, and Consultancy with stations, the Netherlands and Italy, I gained professional experience in HR – including in the areas of Learning & Development and RecruitingMy internship at the Cologne Institute for Management Consulting, where I gained my first in-depth insight into the world of consulting, had a particularly strong impact on me. I came to KI.M because of my passion for people-centered organizational development – and because I wanted to be part of a team that works passionately and intelligently on sustainable solutions.
Don’t be shy – how did you convince us in the interview?
Allegedly through a good mix of clarity, warmth and genuine interest in the topics of KI.M. I bring structure and analytical thinking – but also the ability to empathize well with people and teams. My experience in different cultures and companies allows me to quickly establish connections and adapt flexibly to new situations – this helps me especially in project work and in customer contact.
Mind, heart or courage – which component of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?
Heart – absolutely. For me, relationships and trust are at the heart of any successful change. and also in personal decisions I first listen to my heart, with additional support through Intelligence and courage. That is also the reason why I am so enthusiastic about working at KI.M: because here the human element is note is lost sight of and all with the heart are part of everyday life.
Off to the future – What technical gimmick would you invent to make your life easier at work or at home?
A thought summary-Tool! One thinkt think about a topic, got walking or lying in bed – and dThe little invention summarizes thethe Thoughts automatically combine into clear sentences and saves it as a documentThat would save me many notes and the best Ideas not vefly let.
Whether it’s a travel destination, an activity or something else – what’s at the top of your bucket list?
At the top of my list is currently the half marathon in October – as a personal challenge. I started running last year, initially out of curiosity, then with growing enthusiasm. Along with other sports, it's now become my way to balance my workday – and now I want to take the next step and challenge myself. The half marathon would not only be an athletic goal for me, but also proof that perseverance and small steps pay off..
Welcome to KI.M, Caro!
