A business psychologist through and through! I discovered the study of human behavior and experience in economic contexts at an early age and have always found it extremely fascinating.
What special talent will you be bringing to our team from now on?
As a German-American born in Sweden with a bilingual upbringing, I was born with a certain multiculturalism. I will therefore be able to actively support the KI.M team, particularly in a wide range of international matters.
Mind, heart or courage: Which component of K.IM consulting appeals to you most and why?
In my opinion, all three components are of utmost importance and are reflected in my work. However, if I HAVE to choose, it's my heart. Working with passion, enjoyment, and conviction is, for me, the foundation of good performance.
“Typical Christoph”: What charming quirk do your colleagues like to tease you about?
I'm a coffee junkie through and through - I can hardly function without what feels like five cups of pitch-black coffee before eight in the morning.
As our name suggests and the view from the office reveals, we are Cologne natives through and through. What about you? A true Jeck or a carnival hater?
Even though, as a northern German, I only knew the fifth season as “Fasching” and from TV for a long time, I have now come to know and love the real carnival and would call myself a true reveler!
