In the wake of current changes, in which physical contact should be avoided, our clients are increasingly asking themselves which training courses, workshops, or selection procedures can still take place. For training courses and workshops, we offer a Remote implementation using common video conferencing systems. We also have a solution for time-critical personnel decisions made through a hiring interview or assessment center!

Technical implementation

Through the relaunch of our proven KI.PAT (Personal Assessment Tool) software and the associated migration of the system to a cloud, we can support our customers in the decentralized implementation of personnel decisions with the usual KI.M quality.
We use our clients' preferred video conferencing system as a basis and implement the standardized assessment using our specially developed KI.PAT technology. The interview or the various assessment center exercises are conducted via video conference, observed live via the stream, and assessed in real time, regardless of location.
