[:de]After her internship and her work as a working student at KI.M, our colleague Lucia Herzner has now become an integral part of KI.M as an Assistant Consultant.

Tell us more about yourself – Who are you?

My name is Lucia Herzner, 23 years old, and I'm originally from beautiful Bavaria. I came to Cologne two years ago for my internship at KI.M. After my internship and my student internship, I'll be starting my part-time master's degree in business psychology with the Cologne institute. I'm looking forward to our time together and my work as an assistant consultant, which will give me insights into all areas of KI.M.

Don’t be shy – how did you convince us in the interview?

My communicative nature and ability to approach people openly help me find and implement solutions within a team and with clients, working on issues that arise from the tension between organization, work, and personal life. My structured approach is very useful in my current position as a project assistant.

Mind, heart or courage – which component of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?

That's not an easy question to answer, as I consider all the components important, but if I had to choose, it would be the heart. I really appreciate the team spirit and the open approach that you find throughout the company.

Off to the future – What technical gimmick would you invent to make your life easier at work or at home?

A teleporter, clearly. That would reduce travel time to customers; you could be at the meeting point within seconds and use the saved time for other things. Until that happens, however, I'm excited to see what technological innovations await us in the coming years.

Whether it’s a travel destination, an activity or something else – what’s at the top of your bucket list?

I've already seen a few continents, and since I love traveling, a road trip through Canada is at the top of my list. I'd love to travel across the country to not only experience the breathtaking nature but also get to know the people there better.
