Tell us more about yourself – Who are you?
I'm Anna, 23 years old, and from Cologne. After completing my bachelor's degree in business psychology, I completed several internships with curiosity and interest. This is where I discovered my passion for consulting. I now want to expand and deepen these experiences as an Assistant Consultant at KI.M. I'm looking forward to an exciting future together.
Don’t be shy – how did you convince us in the interview?
My strengths are my quick comprehension and my structured approach to work. While you never stop learning, being able to quickly memorize and learn a wide variety of things is particularly advantageous when starting out in your career. My communicative nature makes it easy for me to engage with others and listen to those around me – because working together is very important to me and to KI.M.
Mind, heart or courage – which component of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?
This question isn't easy to answer, as all three components are very important. But when it comes to making a decision, I'll use heart. For me, it's very important to put your heart into what you do and to have a sense of community. At KI.M, we place a great deal of value on solidarity, respect, and a pleasant and enriching working environment – for me, this is what defines the heart component.
Off to the future – What technical gimmick would you invent to make your life easier at work or at home?
A projector that can teleport you to the location of your choice in seconds would be fantastic. This would allow you to use the time you waste traveling to and from clients or simply to work for other things.
Whether it’s a travel destination, an activity or something else – what’s at the top of your bucket list?
Since I love to travel and often combine this with cultural and sporting activities, I would like to take a vacation to Hawaii next, explore the nature there and get to know the people and the culture.
