Social commitment is important to us. Therefore, the bridge run last September was the perfect opportunity not only to inspire our employees to participate in sporting activities, but also to support people in need. In the ASV Cologne run, our colleagues crossed up to five Cologne bridges and collected "heel money" for every kilometer they ran. A total of €1,700 was raised, which went to the non-profit and charitable organization "Menschen Helfen eV."
It was important to us that the money actually reached where it was needed. Since our colleague Lucia Herzner has been a committed member of this association since 2013, the decision wasn't difficult for us.
The organization is responsible for local and European aid projects. These include the "Saint Mary" daycare center in Moldova, one of the poorest countries in Europe. Donations here alone can help 150 children. This includes, among other things, a daily hot meal, homework support, and various special education courses. This and other projects are generated through income from the kultURKNALL charity festival, donations and sponsorships, among other things.
Our colleague also supports the organization in a responsible position in the preparation and implementation of the benefit events. kultURKNALL has been held annually since 1994. All artists perform at the festivals without payment, and the approximately 100 organizers and helpers work on a voluntary basis. 100% of the net proceeds from the event go to the association's aid projects.

In doing so, we want to fulfill the social responsibility that we believe every company has and are proud to have so many motivated colleagues who support us on this path!
