Every year, we give numerous interns an insight into HR consulting and the opportunity to actively participate in projects. Just last month, Amelie Stadtbäumer successfully completed her internship between her bachelor's and master's degrees. Here, she describes her experience:
My three months of full-time study at the Cologne Institute are over faster than I'd like. I've been able to gain countless exciting experiences and, with a steep learning curve, gain a wealth of insight into the world of consulting.
During this intensive time, I not only met many inspiring people and made great contacts, but above all, it awakened my passion for aptitude testing, personnel development, as well as training and coaching. My work in leadership development and change management, in particular, opened up new perspectives for me and increased my interest in the many facets of HR consulting. I also had the opportunity to gain an overview of the fields of activity at KI.BIT and KI.TEST.
In addition to the professional aspects, this time was shaped just as much by our incredibly great team. I would like to thank each and every one of you sincerely for all your support, your trust, the productive collaboration on equal terms, and for making me feel like a part of the KI.M family from the very first second.
Even though my internship is now over and I'm excited to start my Master's in Psychology at the University of Cologne, I'm even happier that my journey here continues and that I can still appreciate the KI.M at my side alongside my studies.
