[:de]Student donation to the Bergheim animal shelter[:]

[:de]Scientific work and at the same time do good, that is possible with the KI.M: In her bachelor thesis, the FreseniusGraduate Kirsten Schmidt had more than just her graduation topic in mind – and incidentally collected 600 euros for the Bergheim Animal Shelter.

In many bachelor's theses, surveying target groups plays a crucial role. As a small thank you, participants usually receive a voucher, which is raffled off among all participants. Kirsten Schmidt, who wrote her thesis in collaboration with KI.M, had a different idea and gave respondents a choice: They could either participate in a voucher raffle or donate €2 to a good cause in her name.

And it was a success – around 130 respondents decided to donate. And because we also support such commitments, KI.M Managing Director Christian Dries more than doubled the amount. An additional donation from Ms. Schmidt raised a substantial €600, which went to the Bergheim animal shelter.

The check was presented personally by Kirsten Schmidt and Christian Dries and received with great joy.

We would like to thank Ms. Schmidt, who has not only successfully completed her bachelor's degree in business psychology (B.Sc.), but has also inspired others to follow suit with this idea![:]
