About Us

Welcome to the Rhineland, welcome to Cologne!

The Cologne Institute for Management Consulting is a management consultancy specializing in human resources management and organizational consulting. It was founded in 1999 by Prof. Dr. Christian Dries and Dagmar Hanewinkel, a graduate psychologist, with the goal of responsibly developing people within organizations and their systems toward higher performance and personal satisfaction. Our approach to consulting extends beyond our core services and, in particular, includes an open and respectful approach to all stakeholders.

Today, KI.M consists of 40 permanent employees and more than 10 project partners with predominantly psychological or economic background together.
With 30 passed DIN 33430 License examinations for aptitude diagnostics we are number one in Germany.

• sense of responsibility and conscientiousness
• in addition, you are/were ideally enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, psychology or a comparable field and have at least twelve weeks to support us full-time and with a willingness to travel
