Who are you?
I am a versatile, optimistic, sociable and resilient management trainer.
What special talent will you be bringing to our team from now on?
For KI.M, my diverse experience in the areas of AC and training of importance, which I would like to introduce here. Also for the topic Change I bring a lot to the table. I also speak fluent English and am therefore looking forward to exciting international projects.
Mind, heart or courage: Which value of KI.M consulting appeals to you most and why?
I like this heart best. I've always viewed my job as a management trainer as a calling, which is why it's important to me to approach my work with passion.
“Typical Andrea”: What charming quirk do your colleagues like to tease you about?
I can be very spontaneous. If I get a call from friends in the morning asking if I want to come along to a carnival event that evening, I don't have to think twice. Of course I'll go, and I'll wear a costume!
As our name suggests and the view from the office reveals, we're Cologne natives through and through. How about you? A real Jeck or carnival hater?
My previous answer already gives it away: I'm not fundamentally opposed to Carnival. I wouldn't call myself a "real reveler," though. I'd happily attend one or two costumed events during the season, but not necessarily for an entire week straight.
