A psychologist by vocation. In addition to my academic training in business psychology, I have clinical specialization and expertise in behavioral therapy.

The clinical perspective gives me new perspectives on the different Areas of practice of the KI.M. Therefore, I will contribute to the success of the team with cognitive-behavioral and systemic techniques and basic attitudes.

Along with professional curiosity and openness, courage was the most important companion on my professional path and the most important quality for my start at KI.M.
