[:de]Around 30 executives from various industries accepted the invitation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Cologne to an impulse workshop on the topic Employer Branding, designed and moderated by KI.M and lessingtiede.
KI.M managing directors jointly led Prof. Dr. Christian Dries and Tim Tiede from the marketing agency lessingtiede gave a presentation on the topic, focusing on the positive approach, both of whom are recommended for the topic. This dispelled fears that the presentations would focus on demographic change, economic damage, or generational problems.
Instead, the focus was on the Employer branding cycle steered, a model that Armin Trost published in 2009 for the positioning of employers. It calls for the topic to analyze objectively and step by step to structureIn addition, work itself was presented in a positive light, and the concept of the much-cited "work-life balance" was critically examined.
