Ad-hoc Coaching

In a classic coaching process multiple sessions are held either at KI.M or at your company to work on the individual topics of the coachee. Depending on the topic the superior of the coachee can be integrated into the process (e.g. for the clarification of assignment or the final meeting). When the focus is on a selective, appropriate and urgent problem solving , we recommend ad-hoc coaching. The coachees send their request to the KI.M i.e. on a pre-structured coaching sheet. One of our coaches will respond to the request within the next 24 hours to make a short-term appointment for a telephone coaching (or video call) or an appointment on-site.
