Pia has been part of the KI.M team for two and a half months and is a recent graduate of her Master's degree in Psychology. Her graduation ceremony recently took place in Münster, and she can already report on her training and AC implementations as well as her training concepts!
[:de][:de]Who are you? I'm Kim Sklenak, 35 years old, happily married, and the father of two children. It's hard to deny that consulting is in my blood: Initially working in customer service for a large energy provider, I quickly found myself working as a trainer and coach in various locations. To professionalize this passion, I completed my bachelor's and master's degrees.
[:de]Who are you? I'm a business economist with a great passion for psychology! I find supporting people in their personal and professional development incredibly exciting and diverse. What special talent will you bring to our team from now on? I will contribute to KI.M with my organizational and structured approach to work, as well as my previously acquired specialist knowledge.
[:de]Who are you? A business psychologist through and through! I discovered the study of human behavior and experience in economic contexts at an early age and have always found it extremely exciting. What special talent will you bring to our team from now on? As a German-American born in Sweden with a bilingual upbringing, I have always been familiar with a certain multiculturalism.
[:de]Who are you? A psychologist by vocation. In addition to my academic training in business psychology, I bring clinical specialization and expertise in behavioral therapy. What special talent will you bring to our team from now on? The clinical perspective gives me new perspectives on the various practice areas of KI.M. Therefore, I will be working with cognitive-behavioral and systemic techniques and basic attitudes.
