Pia has been part of the KI.M team for two and a half months and is a recent graduate of her Master's degree in Psychology. Her graduation ceremony recently took place in Münster, and she can already report on her training and AC implementations as well as her training concepts!

It's hard to deny that consulting is in my blood: Initially working in customer service for a large energy provider, I quickly found myself working as a trainer and coach in various locations. As a German-American born in Sweden with a bilingual upbringing, I have always been familiar with a certain multiculturalism.
