• have an academic education (psychology, business administration, etc.)
• work independently and enjoy working in the reliable KI.M team
• appreciate agile structures and digital working
• passionate about projects related to the development of people and organizations
• I enjoy being out and about with customers and feel comfortable in video meetings and remote events
• Use a variety of design and development opportunities internally and with customers
• Advise clients from medium-sized businesses to global corporations
• work flexibly in the heart of Cologne and in a mobile office
• I regularly educate myself and others personally and professionally
• can organize myself and my work efficiently
