[:de]An interview with our new colleague Alexandra Enke[:]

[:de]Who are you?
I am a passionate organizational consultant, trainer, and coach who is passionate about supporting people and organizations on their path to developing their potential.

What special talent will you be bringing to our team from now on?
I am very pleased to support KI.M with my experience in strategy consulting in the area of Organizational development and change to support. And also for the areas training, Coaching, Team development and Workshops I bring a lot with me.
I am also very much looking forward to contributing my diverse international background to English-language projects.

Mind, heart or courage: Which component of K.IM consulting appeals to you most and why?
I am particularly impressed by the combination of three building blocks: to act with strategy and quality – in other words, with intelligence – and to also take new paths with innovative methods – in other words, with courage – and to do this from the heart, in an appreciative and empathetic manner.

“Typical Alexandra”: What charming quirk do your colleagues like to tease you about?
I've even been called "Alexandra, the Purpose Hammer." This speaks for itself – I believe it's essential to only do things that make sense and contribute to the organization's purpose. And that also leads to questioning processes, services, and entire business models.

As our name suggests and the view from the office reveals, we're Cologne natives through and through. What about you? A true carnival fanatic or a carnival hater?
As a native of Leipzig, I don't have much of a carnival background. However, I've learned to appreciate Cologne's carnival culture and enjoy participating in one or two celebrations.

And now briefly, succinctly and digitally: Please describe yourself in three hashtags!
